  • GROW campaigns — first signal in 2–4 weeks, meaningful trends in 8–12 weeks
  • RETAIN automation — 3–6 weeks to live, compounding from month two

Yes — that's the point of our Entry Point model. Most engagements start with a scoped piece of work that takes 4–6 weeks and delivers a tangible result. Examples:

  • A landing page that converts
  • A 30-day paid ads audit and reset
  • A positioning sprint with new messaging
  • A CRO audit with prioritised experiments

If the Entry Point delivers, we have an honest conversation about a longer engagement. If it doesn't, we part ways with the deliverable still in your hands.

Two safeguards in every engagement:

  • Defined deliverables and milestones. You sign off at each milestone. We don't move to the next without your approval.
  • No long lock-in. Engagements run in 3–6 month cycles. Either side can decide not to renew, no penalty.

In 20 years we haven't had a contract dispute — and we'd rather not start now. If something isn't working, we talk about it before it becomes a problem.

Yes. We have offices in Berlin, Zurich, and Kyiv, but we serve clients across the EU, UK, and select North American markets. Time zones rarely become a real problem — we work asynchronously by default and schedule live calls when synchronous is actually needed.
